Verzendkosten
De verzendkosten zijn voor rekening van de koper. Deze worden in overleg bepaald, afhankelijk van de grootte, kwetsbaarheid en de afstand van verzending. Wij verzenden uitsluitend met Track & Trace, zodat uw pakket altijd te volgen is. Daarnaast bieden wij de mogelijkheid om uw bestelling persoonlijk af te halen.

Garantie & Onderhoud
Onze producten zijn natuurproducten en vereisen speciale zorg. Om de kwaliteit te waarborgen, vragen wij u de meegeleverde zorg- en onderhoudsinstructies zorgvuldig te volgen. Houd er rekening mee dat deze producten gevoelig kunnen zijn voor invloeden zoals vocht, UV-straling of andere omstandigheden die specifiek vermeld worden bij het product.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. These are determined in consultation, depending on the size, vulnerability and the distance of shipment. We only ship with Track & Trace, so that your package can always be tracked. We also offer the option to collect your order personally.
